Measurement systems

We can produce customised measurement systems that will not only let you check the quality of your products, but will also provide information about their precision or remaining service life.

We can provide both simple measurement equipment and more complex systems with multiple measurement, testing and assembly features. These can then be integrated seamlessly into your existing processes.

Our measurement equipment only uses components from leading manufacturers. This ensures accurate and reproducible measurements, and lets us use standardised products in the following areas:

  3. Electronic probes: inductive or incremental
  4. Optical measurement equipment: laser, image processing

With the right testing equipment, you can rest assured that only flawless products leave your factory gates. Our test stands are the result of years of experience, from which you can benefit. We develop systems for all kinds of functional and parameter tests, including temperature, leaks, torque, rotation angle, flow, pressure, dimensions and much more.

We can produce them as manually operated stand-alone systems or integrate them directly into automated processes.

Leak test stands

Our leak test stands use two different methods:

  • Dry leak testing, in which air or a gas mixture (helium) is used to test for leaks
  • Underwater visual testing, in which the test specimen is immersed in water

Long-term test stands for pumps

We have developed special expertise in this particular area. Our test stands measure the pressure gradients and torques of oil and water pumps under realistic conditions, i.e. across various speed and temperature gradients. We can create test stands with the following specifications:

  1. Temperatures of -25°C to 150°C in oil, water and glycol (precision+/- 0.5°C)
  2. Pressure gradients of 0 to 150 bar (precision+/- 0.5 bar)
  3. Engine speeds of up to 9,000 rpm with torque measurement (up to max. 15,000 rpm)
  4. Vibration-free machine attachments fitted with special bearing systems
  5. Visualisation (e.g. via Lab-View), archiving in databases, evaluations
